How long does shipping take outside of Dubai?
Orders outside of Dubai (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah) placed before 10:00 AM are delivered same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered next day.
Fujairah and Al Ain typically require +1 extra day for delivery.
Please note that some remote areas may have limited delivery schedules (1–2 times per week), and weekends or public holidays can cause a 1-day delay outside of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Can I return or exchange a Labubu product?
Due to the nature of blind boxes, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened items may be returned within 2 days of receipt. Contact us at info@sweeterlook.comto initiate a return.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE only.
We also accept secure online payments by credit/debit card, and offer flexible payment options through Tabby and Tamara — buy now, pay later in 4 interest-free installments.
