Yes, all Labubu figures sold at Sweeter Look are 100% authentic. Every product is sourced through global distributors. Each collectible can be scanned with its QR code for authenticity confirmation.

A Labubu blind box is a sealed collectible package from Pop Mart where the character inside is a surprise. Each series contains a set number of unique designs — sometimes including a rare or “secret” figure.

• Available between 8:00 AM – 5:40 PM.

• Delivered within 4 hours via motorbike.

Orders outside of Dubai (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah) placed before 10:00 AM are delivered same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered next day.

Fujairah and Al Ain typically require +1 extra day for delivery.

Please note that some remote areas may have limited delivery schedules (1–2 times per week), and weekends or public holidays can cause a 1-day delay outside of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Due to the nature of blind boxes, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened items may be returned within 3 days of receipt. Contact us at info@sweeterlook.com to initiate a return.

Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE only.
