Types of Deliveries:

📦Next-Day Delivery (UAE)– Free: All orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered the next day across Dubai and all Emirates.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are typically delivered within2 days.

🚚Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only)– AED 15: For Dubai addresses only.

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM are delivered the same day.
• 
  Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next day.

🚀4-Hour Delivery (Dubai Only)– AED 30:

Available in Dubai for orders placed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Delivered within 4 hours by motorbike.(Order must fit within standard motorbike capacity.)

For Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other Emirates, delivery usually takes 1 business day. For remote areas, please allow up to 2 days.

Due to the nature of blind boxes, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened items may be returned within 3 days of receipt. Contact us at info@sweeterlook.comto initiate a return.
