📦 UAE Same-Day Delivery – Free

• Orders placed before 10:00 AM are delivered same day across the UAE (except Al Ain & Fujairah, which are next day).

• Orders placed after 10:00 AM are delivered next day across the UAE (except Al Ain & Fujairah, which are in 2 days).

⚡️ Dubai 4-Hour Express Delivery – AED 30

• Available between 8:00 AM – 5:40 PM.

• Delivered within 4 hours via motorbike.

• Note: Order must fit within standard motorbike capacity.

Orders outside of Dubai (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah) placed before 10:00 AM are delivered same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered next day.

Fujairah and Al Ain typically require +1 extra day for delivery.

Please note that some remote areas may have limited delivery schedules (1–2 times per week), and weekends or public holidays can cause a 1-day delay outside of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Due to the nature of blind boxes, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened items may be returned within 2 days of receipt. Contact us at info@sweeterlook.comto initiate a return.

Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE only.

We offer international shipping on prepaid orders only — COD is not available outside the UAE.

Shipping is a flat 50 AED to other GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain).
